The outdoor unit is set on a pad or bracket, a small opening is made for the line set, and the indoor unit is mounted, connected, vacuum-tested and charged. Many single-room installs are finished in about a day. Larger or multi-room jobs take longer.
The installer shows you how to use the remote or app, the dry mode and filter cleaning, and goes over warranty registration.
